However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund.
Return & Refund Eligibility
You can request a return or refund within 24 hours of receiving your order, but only in the following cases:
- Damaged Item – If the product is broken or damaged upon delivery.
- Defective Item – If the item does not function as described.
- Wrong Item Received – If you receive a different product than what was ordered.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Proof of damage or incorrect items (images/videos) must be shared with us for verification.
- Returns will only be accepted if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Return or Refund?

- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–4 working days after the returned product is received.
No Returns / Refunds For
- Products that are not defective or damaged.
- Items returned after 24 hours of delivery.
- Used products or items without original packaging.
