Return & Refund Eligibility

You can request a return or refund within 24 hours of receiving your order, but only in the following cases:

  • Damaged Item – If the product is broken or damaged upon delivery.
  • Defective Item – If the item does not function as described.
  • Wrong Item Received – If you receive a different product than what was ordered.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Proof of damage or incorrect items (images/videos) must be shared with us for verification.
  • Returns will only be accepted if reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Refund?

  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–4 working days after the returned product is received.

No Returns / Refunds For

  • Products that are not defective or damaged.
  • Items returned after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Used products or items without original packaging.
